To manually reconnect your card machine to the network, please follow the steps below:
Instructions for Ingenico terminals (GEMS)
Function 81 Download:
- At the home screen, press ‘Menu’ twice.
- Scroll down and select ‘Function’.
- Key in ‘81’ and press ‘Enter’.
- Swipe your supervisor card or key in your supervisor password.
- Press ‘Enter’ at the ‘accept connection method’ prompt.
- Press ‘Enter’ at the ‘call to GEMS’ prompt.
- The update will load and a receipt report will print once complete.
MAC Reset:
- Press the Menu button twice
- Scroll down and select ‘Function’
- Press ‘Enter’
- Enter the code ‘32’
- Press ‘Enter’
- Follow on screen instructions (Choose "Yes" for each log on)
Log On:
- Press the Menu button twice
- Scroll down to select ‘Function’
- Press ‘Enter’
- Enter the code ‘75’
- Press ‘Enter’
- Follow on screen instructions
Instructions for Ingenico terminals integrated with electronic till (TMS)
TMS Call:
- Press ‘Menu’ twice to see more Menu options.
- Select ‘Supervisor’.
- Key in your supervisor password and press 'Enter’.
- Press 'Menu'.
- Select 'Call TMS'.
- The update will load and a receipt report will print once complete.
Mac Reset:
- Press ‘Menu’ twice
- Select ‘Supervisor’
- Key in your password
- Press ‘F2’ for password
- Press ‘F2’ for Mac reset
- Press ‘F1’ for all
- Press ‘F4’ for yes
Log on:
- Press ‘Menu’ twice
- Select ‘Supervisor’
- Enter your password
- Press ‘F4’ for ‘Log On’
- Press F1 for ‘All’
- Press F4 for ‘Yes’
Instructions for Spire terminals
- Press the Menu button (the button with the square underneath the screen)
- Press the right arrow key
- Select ‘Function’
- Key in ‘78’ and press ‘Enter’
- Enter your supervisor code
- Select the acquirer
- Choose “Delete”
- Press “Yes” to Log on
