Your Paymentsense Gateway Profile contains contact information such as your email, and SMS mobile number that is used to help you recover a forgotten password.
To change your contact information:
- Sign into your account
- Select the user icon from the upper right
- Select My Profile
- Enter any needed changes and Save
Please note, this only updates in your online gateway. If you need to change your contact details for your Paymentsense account, please contact us.
