- Hit ‘Forgot password’ on the bottom of the login page
- Enter your organisation ID (found in your setup email), and username (which you created when setting up your account)
- Hit ‘Submit’
- Select the recovery method as email or phone (if you’ve registered your phone to your account)
- You’ll receive a one time passcode to your email or phone. This is only valid for 10 minutes.
- Input the passcode, and ‘Confirm’
- Update your new password when prompted
