To help keep your account secure, we’ve introduced mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on the MMS portal (mms.paymentsense.com).
MFA adds an extra layer of security when you sign in. Alongside your usual username and password, you’ll enter a one-time code from an authenticator app on your phone. This works with time-based one-time password (TOTP) apps such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy and LastPass Authenticator.
You can enable MFA in your MMS account settings. We recommend setting it up as soon as possible to keep your account safe. If you have any questions or need help setting it up, please contact our Support team.
