We’re aware that some customers are having trouble when logging into their Paymentsense app via the web at https://myaccount.paymentsense.com/login.
If you’re impacted, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome:
- If you’re unsure, open Chrome and click the three dots in the top right corner of the page. Then choose ‘Help’ and ‘About google chrome’.
- You can then see whether Chrome is up to date, and if not, choose to install the latest version.
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of the page.
- Click ‘More tools’ and ‘Clear browsing data’.
- At the top, choose a time range (or to delete everything, select ‘All time’).
- Check the boxes next to ‘Cookies and other site data’ and ‘Cached images and files’
- Then choose ‘Clear data’.
