We’ve launched a new feature in the Paymentsense app, that helps you to easily identify your business locations.
You can now ‘nickname’ a location, so that you distinguish between business different locations if you have more than one. Or if you just want to give your location a more recognisable name.
This nickname will then be displayed on: your homepage summary, the transactions page, under ‘Locations’ in the Account section, and in the billing area.
You’ll also be able to filter your transactions list by each nicknamed location. You can change the nickname at any time, and as many times as you want.
How to nickname a location

- Head to the ‘Account’ section of the app, or your web browser
- Choose ‘Locations’
- Under ‘Location nickname’ you’ll see ‘Add a nickname to your location’ and a pencil symbol
- Click the pencil, and type in a name of your choice. It can be up to 120 characters, and must include at least one letter or number.
