Each month, Clover (formerly First Data) will issue a merchant statement outlining your card transaction fees and charges. These charges will be taken by direct debit on or around the 15th day of each month.

How to view your statement
Around the 4th of each month we will notify you via email when a new statement is ready to view.
To access your statements login to your account via The Paymentsense App or myaccount.paymentsense.com.
In the navigation menu, select “Bills” and then “First Data”.
Statements from December 2018 are available to view online. Please contact us to request statements prior to December 2018.
Receive statements via post
Please contact us if you would like to receive your merchant statements via post. There will be a cost of £3.50 +VAT per paper statement.
