This article explains:
How to set up Virtual Terminal
1) Sign into your Paymentsense gateway
2) Select Virtual Terminal > Terminal settings
3) Choose the card status you would like to configure, for example Card Status: Not Present
4) Configure Basic Information for Country, Currency, Default Transaction Type, and Default Payment Type.
5) Choose the Accepted Credit Cards to display when processing transactions in Virtual Terminal
6) Choose from items in Order Information that you want to appear on customer receipts
7) Add custom items from Merchant-Defined Data Fields to display on customer receipts (up to 20 items total)
How to process a Virtual Terminal transaction
1) Select Virtual Terminal > One-Time Payment
2) Enter the required values for the transaction amount and select the Transaction Type.
3) Enter the payment information
4) Enter the customer's information
5) Review your order and check all details have been entered correctly
6) Hit 'Submit order'
