Arcot, who support the authentication of card payments, is experiencing a technical issue that may impact eCommerce transactions using Visa or Mastercard.
If you are experiencing this, you will see impacted transactions in your Merchant Management System listed with the message 'Error 1242'.
Please ask your customer to try a different card or to attempt the transaction later.
