On Sunday 30th August, there was a major global outage across multiple internet providers between 11am and 2pm.
This meant that many businesses lost access to their internet, and were unable to process payments on their card machine and ecommerce websites.
We worked closely with our partners to understand the situation. Our customers were kept up to date via our twitter @paymentsense, and on our Help Centre.
We understand how important card payments are to our customers. We're looking at how we can continue to offer a reliable service even during issues that are outside of our control.
