Businesses with locked down outgoing connections need to update their firewall to the following settings by 29 March 2019. Please contact your IT administrator for assistance.

If the till outbound connections are also restricted, ensure that firewall exceptions are in place for the service URL, e.g. “yourservice.connect.paymentsense.cloud“ for ports 443 and 7000. The IPs that each DNS entry resolves will be updated.
This change is needed because we are migrating our systems to Google Cloud Platform’s Premium Network Tier service to improve the reliability and efficiency of the integration between your EPoS and your card machines.
Chances are you won’t need to do anything. If you are using a standard internet connection this change will not impact your terminal. This change only applies if:
- your terminal is integrated with your electronic till (ePoS)
- an IT administrator has created additional firewall rules on your network.
