On 12 October 2018, our acquiring partner First Data experienced a technical issue. As a result, some of our customers may see irregularities on their October FDMS statement, received 5th November 2018.
The technical issue has caused some transactions processed on 12th October 2018 to be incorrectly charged at non-qualifying rates.
Unfortunately, these were not corrected ahead of your direct debit, which is due Thursday 15th November.
To correct the overcharge for these transactions, your November statement will be adjusted. The credit will be listed as ‘Oct Service Charge Adj’.
Electronic Deposit Rejects
You may also notice some transactions reported on your statement as ‘Electronic Deposit Rejects’. Please ignore these items as they have already been re-processed and corrected.
