Performance Reports are weekly reports to provide you with all the information you need to run a better business. By using data from your merchant account, we can provide you with an accurate weekly snapshot of your credit and debit card payments. They are delivered weekly to your inbox so you can access on an device anywhere. With Performance Reports you can:
To receive your weekly Performance Report a minimum 10 sales transactions and £100/€100 in sales volume applies
Please note: if you are affected by the Duplicate transaction error, First Data (29 August 2018) this refund will temporarily show in your Weekly Performance Report and will shortly be corrected by First Data.
What do a performance reports include?
Performance reports show transactions settled in GBP or EUR only. Other transaction currencies will not be included in your Performance Report.
Each tile on your Performance Report shows card transaction data for the reporting period:
Total revenue: Your total weekly sales figure is a good gauge of how your business is performing. It also points out season trends and sales spikes.
Total transactions: Keep track of when you customers are more likely to spend on card than cash using this information.
Average spend: This information can be used to track customer spending habits and measure the impact of special offers or price changes.
Highest transaction: Each week your highest transaction is recorded. This can be useful for rewarding staff or flagging fraudulent transactions.
Track total refunds: By monitoring your weekly refund volumes, you can identity and faulty products in your range or discover where a staff member has mis-sold and item.
New customers: Tracking how many new customers you get each week tells you how well your marketing and promotions are working.
