Our acquiring partner, First Data Merchant Solutions (FDMS), experienced a technical issue which has delayed the settlement of some transactions taken on Thursday 11 October 2018. This means that the funds you were supposed to receive in your bank account on Wednesday 17 October will be in your account by Friday 19 October (two day delay).
This delay only impacts transactions taken on Thursday 11 October 2018. It does not impact payments made via American Express and payments made via eCommerce platforms, phone or mail.
