Can't remember your username and password or locked out of your account?
We send you login details when they sign up with us for PCI. If you can't remember your password, search your inbox for an email from email@example.com. If you can't find your details, you can either:
- Request a new password or username by clicking ‘Forgot username’ or ‘Forgot password’ on the PCI Portal login page. You will need the primary email address for your Paymentsense account and your Merchant Identification Number (MID).
- Contact our customer support team and they will assist in getting your account unlocked.
