I am seeing the error message "Security Warning: Hash Digest Does not Match"

The first aspect to check is that the PreSharedKey is correct and the second step is to have the merchant reset the Gateway password.
If the issue continues please ask their developer to contact devsupport with the below:

  1. Merchant's Name or Gateway ID, or Loctor ID
  2. Email Address of Web Developer
  3. Shopping Cart Name and Version eg. Magento 1.7
  4. Programming Language if its a custom made shopping cart eg. php etc
  5. Integration Method eg. Hosted or Direct
  6. Description of Error or Error Message
  7. Screenshots
  8. URL of website
  9. Transaction Details (if available)
  10. Error Logs (if available)
