I am seeing the error message "Could not communicate with Payment Gateway" how can I fix this?

This could be caused by 2 issues.
1 - ensure port 4430 is open on your server - please contact your server host
2 - please check your Gateway ID matches what's in the MMS.
Contact DevSupport ( devsupport@paymentsense.com )  if checking these two issues doesn fix the issue.
